  my son has just been let down after booking to view a property that he was very interested in. Yesterday he went to take a second look at this property with a view of paying the deposit. He was told that no appointment had been made even though he was sure that it had. An appointment was made instead for 2.30pm today. My wife and I also went with him and drove out to Halberton and waited for the agent to turn up. Nobody turned up and we were left waiting outside the house. Apparently the property had been let. Weldon and Edwards didn't even phone to say they had let the property. They definitely had my son's phone number as they phoned him yesterday.
  I feel that my son has had extremely poor customer service.
